Summer Fruit Crown Cheesecake

£27.50 per head
Golden Biscuit Crumb Base, topped with a light Vanilla Cheese Cake with Summer Fruit layers. Surrounded by a Crown of Fruit set in a Lemon Jelly and topped with a Crown of Cream and Strawberry, drizzled in a Strawberry Coulis.
A tower of Avocado, Salmon Mousse, Cucumber Salad and Smoked Salmon, topped off with Crème Fraiche, Caviar and King Prawn with Dill. Balsamic glaze decoration.
A light and refreshing Lemon Sorbet with Lemon Zest
Chicken Breast, filled with Apple Sausage Meat, rolled and wrapped in Pancetta, then baked. Served sliced with a Wild Mushroom and White Wine sauce.
Hackleback potatoes, Carrot Strings, Kale and Parsnip Puree.
Freshly brewed Tea or Coffee
